From our slime studio to your doorstep.

Every Guppi order is prepared in small batches and packed carefully to protect all that squishy goodness on the way to you.

Order processing

Because our slimes are handmade and released in small batches, processing times can vary by drop. The current estimate will be shared at checkout, in the product listing, or in the applicable drop announcement. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Rates & delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and may change during holidays, severe weather, or other service disruptions.

Tracking your squish

Once your order is fulfilled, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and activate the tracking link.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started, and customers are responsible for costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

International orders

Selected international destinations are available when shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges assessed by the destination country. Customs processing may extend delivery time.

Warm-weather care

Slime may arrive warm or sticky after traveling through hot conditions. Let it cool indoors before opening, then follow the included care instructions and add activator only a few drops at a time when needed.

Carrier delays, loss & damage

Orders are packed with care, but shipping carriers control packages after acceptance. Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the package is handed to the carrier. Guppi Slimes is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, theft, or damage in transit.

If tracking stops updating, a package arrives damaged, or it is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact the carrier promptly to begin an investigation or claim. Keep the packaging and take clear photos when damage is involved. We will provide available shipment information when reasonably possible.

All sales are final

Due to the handmade and personal-use nature of slime, orders are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review product textures, scents, sizes, ingredients or warnings, and your shipping details before checkout. Handmade color and appearance may vary slightly from photos.
