Shipping Responsibility & Risk of Loss

All orders placed with Guppi Slimes are shipped FOB Shipping Point.

This means that ownership of the product and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the customer once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier. Guppi Slimes is not responsible for any damage, loss, delays, or issues that occur during transit.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not liable for:

• Damage caused by the shipping carrier
• Lost or stolen packages
• Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control

We carefully package all orders before shipment, but we cannot guarantee the handling of packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final.
Guppi Slimes does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

All products are handmade in small batches. Because of this:

• Colors, scents, textures, and appearances may vary slightly
• Products may look different than shown in photos
• Minor variations are normal and are not considered defects
