Is Guppi Slime edible?
No. Slime is a sensory product and is not food, even when the scent or design looks delicious. Do not ingest it, and keep it away from pets.
Who should use slime?
Slime should be used responsibly and with adult supervision when appropriate. Follow all product-listing and packaging instructions, keep small add-ins away from young children, and wash hands before and after play.
Why does my slime look slightly different from the photo?
Every Guppi Slime is handmade in small batches. Slight differences in color, swirl, decoration placement, or appearance are normal and make each slime uniquely yours.
How should I store my slime?
Keep it sealed tightly in its original container and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Clean hands and a clean play surface help your slime stay fresh longer.
What should I do if my slime feels sticky?
Warm weather and normal play can make slime stickier. Add prepared activator only a few drops at a time, knead thoroughly, and repeat slowly as needed. Adding too much at once can make slime stiff.
What should I do if my slime feels stiff?
Let it warm gradually in clean hands and stretch it slowly. Follow the care instructions included with your order before adding anything to the slime, since different textures may need different care.
How long will my slime last?
Slime does not have one exact lifespan. How long it stays at its best depends on the texture, how often it is played with, cleanliness, temperature, and storage. Keeping it airtight and using clean hands can extend its life.
How do I choose a texture or scent?
Each product page includes separate Texture, Scent, Size, and Details information. Choose glossy or jelly textures for stretch and pops, butter or clay-based textures for soft holdable play, and crunchy add-ins when you want more sound and resistance.
When will my order ship?

Selected international destinations are available when shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, customs charges, and possible customs delays.
